My Grandfather's Story
My grandfather was born in a small village in the south of China. He was a very poor boy at that time and his family had to face a lot of difficulties. He began to work at a very young age and had to take care of his two brothers, who were both younger than him.
When he was 15 years old, he decided to leave the village and go to the city to find a better job. He was very brave and determined. He worked hard and saved money to buy a train ticket to the city. Finally, he arrived in the city and started his career there.
At first, he worked as a street vendor and sold some fruits and vegetables. He worked really hard and saved money so that he could open his own store. After several years of hard work and saving, he finally opened a grocery store. And he ran the store very successfully.
My grandfather worked very hard and was very wise. He was very kind to everyone he met. He was also very generous and gave money and food to people who were less fortunate than him.
